Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom services

Because work is reserved and delivered specifically for each client, deposits and completed milestones are normally non-refundable. Your signed proposal controls if it contains different terms.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation in writing. We will confirm the stopping point, deliver completed work where appropriate and calculate any balance due for time and approved expenses already incurred.

Errors and remedial work

If a delivered item materially fails the agreed specification, tell us promptly so we can investigate and correct it within a reasonable period.

How to request a review

Send the project name, invoice reference and reason through the contact page. We aim to respond within five business days.
